Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. The item must be in the original condition you received it, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To process a return, please contact us at orders@sosofte.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged and Problems with Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the problem and take steps to correct it.


Non-returnable Items

  • Items beyond the return period
  • Customized Items
  • Items that have been worn or have obvious signs of use and cannot be resold

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return your existing item and once your return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit the funds.
