Sosofte Limited Product Warranty
Our product warranty begins on the date of purchase and requires proof of purchase for verification.
One (1) Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty
Sosofte.com (“Sosofte”) warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase (the “Limited Warranty Period”) as long as the product is used in accordance with the product use and care instructions (e.g., in the expected environment and under normal conditions).
Your Limited Warranty Benefits
During the Limited Warranty Period or Extended Warranty Period, and subject to this Limited Warranty Policy, Sosofte will, at its sole discretion, (i) refund the purchase price if purchased directly from Sosofte, (ii) repair any defects in materials or workmanship, or (iii) replace the product with another product of equal or greater value.
Who is covered?
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product from Sosofte.com and is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser, regardless of whether ownership of the product transfers during the Limited Warranty Period. The original purchaser must provide proof of the defect or failure and proof of purchase date to be entitled to the Limited Warranty Benefits.
Beware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers
This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers or dealers. Sosofte's limited warranty applies only to products purchased from the Sosofte official website. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized websites or dealers may be counterfeit, second-hand, defective, or not designed for use in your country. You can protect yourself and your product by making sure you only purchase products from the Sosofte official website.

What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear, including parts that may wear out over time (e.g. batteries, moving parts, mechanical gears, etc.)
- If proof of purchase has been altered or made illegible in any way.
- If the model, serial number, or production date code on the product has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
- If the product has been modified from its original condition.
- If the product is not used in accordance with the instructions and directions in the user manual.
- Damage caused by connecting peripherals, additional devices or accessories not recommended in the user manual.
- Damage or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage or defects caused by repair or maintenance of the product by an unauthorized service provider or anyone other than Sosofte.
- Damage or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use or any use for which the product is not intended.
- If the device has been damaged, including but not limited to damage caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, transportation, dishwasher or water (unless the user manual specifically states that the product is dishwasher safe).
- Incidental and consequential damages.
- Damage or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
5 easy steps to claim limited warranty service
- Make sure your product is within the specified limited warranty period.
- Make sure you have a copy of the order information and order ID or other proof of purchase.
- Make sure you have received the product. Do not discard your product before contacting us.
- Contact our customer service team via email.
- Once our customer support team approves your request, please return the product along with a copy of the packaging and order ID.
Limited Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except as warranted in this Limited Product Warranty Policy, Sosofte provides the products you purchase from the Sosofte website on an "as is" basis, and Sosofte hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sosofte, its affiliates or its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for: (a) any damages arising out of or related to products purchased from Sosofte in excess of the purchase price paid for such products; (b) indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, even if Sosofte or one of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages.
And in no event shall our liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product, and in no event shall we be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Except as covered in this Limited Product Warranty Statement, Sosofte is not responsible for costs associated with replacing or repairing products purchased from sosofte, including but not limited to labor, installation or other costs incurred by user, and specifically any costs associated with the removal or replacement of any product.
Other Rights You May Have
Some jurisdictions do not allow: (1) the exclusion of implied warranties; (2) limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts; and/or (3) the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; so the disclaimers in this Policy may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, you are only entitled to the implied warranties expressly provided by applicable law. Limitations of warranties, liability and remedies apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Although this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may have other rights in your jurisdiction. This Limited Warranty Statement is subject to applicable law that applies to you and the Products. Please check the laws of your jurisdiction to fully understand your rights.
Changes to this Policy
We may change the terms and availability of this Limited Warranty at our sole discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
